With only a few easy, quick steps, this recipe converts a simple steamed vegetable
into a "wow" side dish.

2 - 4 T. butter |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
2 T. fresh tarragon, chopped |
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste |
|
- Wash the cauliflower and cut into small florets. Steam the cauliflower, 6-10 minutes.
Set aside in a serving bowl.
- Meanwhile, melt the butter in small skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic. Cook, stirring,
until the garlic is soft and the butter begins to brown, 2-4 minutes.
- Pour the garlic butter over the cauliflower, and toss gently. Season with the tarragon,
