Cauliflower with Garlic and Tarragon

With only a few easy, quick steps, this recipe converts a simple steamed vegetable into a "wow" side dish.

1 head (1 1/2 lbs.) cauliflower 2 - 4 T. butter
2 cloves garlic, minced 2 T. fresh tarragon, chopped
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste  
  1. Wash the cauliflower and cut into small florets. Steam the cauliflower, 6-10 minutes. Set aside in a serving bowl.

  2. Meanwhile, melt the butter in small skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic. Cook, stirring, until the garlic is soft and the butter begins to brown, 2-4 minutes.

  3. Pour the garlic butter over the cauliflower, and toss gently. Season with the tarragon, salt, and pepper. Serve immediately.
